Pleasant and fairly clean hotel with super-friendly and outstandingly accommodating staff who made us feel welcome every day and went out of their way to provide exceptional customer service. Tasty and delicious breakfast for the start of the day with juices and hot options and bohemian champagne.

Our stay was very comfortable, the staff were very helpful and the spa was gorgeous - very private. Great breakfast and very clean hotel!!
The only downside to the hotel was that is was further to the main square than we thought. It is advertised as being only a few steps from the main square where as in reality it is a 15 minute walk. I would have preferred to have this information prior to booking.

excellent spot to access prague's beautiful parks and landmarks
I loved that everything from Wenceslas Square was only a 20-minute walk away while also being close to the tranquil Antonin Dvorak Museum, a good spot to unwind after a long day of exploring the city's sites.

Friendly staff, very delicious home made breakfasts, nice location, close to Vyshegrad, one of the attractions
I stayed in a single room and it was too small, only 2 sockets in the corridor which made me uncomfortable as I used my laptop

The toilet didn't work in the first room. We were given a second room which hadn't been made up yet. On the third try, and third room, the toilet didn't work either so I fixed it myself. The shower is terribly designed so that it's easy to hit your head.

The location of the hotel is ok, it is in the center
The staff was absolutely not nice to us. The charged the amont on our credit card (it was booked on Booked.net) without any question or confirmation from our side. I am dissatisfied with this kind of behaviour.

Rooms were comfy, clean, well stocked and bathroom was big. They gave us a complimentary thermal spa hour which was lovely. We were happy with the location, not far at all from the main shops. I thought the breakfast was nice- good selection. Would recommend.
The bath had a shower hose but no holder for it- this combined with no shower curtain meant that it was difficult to have a shower without flooding the bathroom. Thermal spa was lovely but the room was too hot so we didnt last long. Plus the massages were on the expensive side considering you could find cheaper elsewhere
